Filiming
We decided to do the biggest parts of our filming over a period of one night. (For example shots we couldnt get done in school) So we managed to get Toby and the whole cast together and go to beths house to do the filming of the split phone calls and the girls preparing themselves for the dates. After a couple of takes and exploring a range of different shots we were happy with the outcome we got.

When we got back to school we also filmed our opening shot which is a establishing shot of the school and also the three different sets of girls walking down the corrider with their friends. We used two different corridors and an outside pathway to represent the types of girls e.g the way the walk, what there friends are like etc. We also filmed at one of our houses as planned by using the same bed for the split screen but putting different things behind the bed and on the bed frame to make it look different for each girl. We then swapped around the split screen so where the boy and girl is isn't a continues flowing bed so it looks more realistic. For example, for my character is a foreign girl therefore to make that more obvious we used the italian flag and put it on the bed frame and for the posh girl Klaudia we hung a designer hand bag on the side and fluffy cushions.

Luckily we didn't have to re take anything as we were happy with what we had filmed and were excited to put it all together to create our opening sequence.
